BRIDGET HADDAD • TEACHER


Bridget has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Introduced to the practice by her mom—an avid yogi and dance teacher—she was hooked from her very first class. In college, Bridget studied nutrition and explored a wide range of movement, from group fitness classes and running to Australian rules football.

Through every season of life, yoga has remained a grounding force, offering her connection, strength, and focus. In 2024, Bridget deepened her commitment by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Ashtanga Hub. As a teacher, she’s passionate about guiding students through an authentic and meaningful practice that honors both mind and body.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Bridget reading, cooking, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their three kids.
