ERIN MAYOCK • YOGA TEACHER


Erin has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, first drawn to the calm it brought to her busy mind. That love led her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Hope Yoga’s second Resilience cohort.

Never considering herself athletic, Erin learned that yoga isn’t about performance, but about showing up as you are. She believes everyone has a story and a place on the mat, no matter their background or abilities.

She later completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification through Devi Daly’s yoga school and is especially passionate about slow, gentle practices that help people soften, slow down, and reconnect with themselves.

Outside the studio, Erin enjoys biking, traveling, pickleball, reading, and spending time with loved ones and her two very cute little dogs.
