Remember to Surrender is a yin yoga experience in remembrance of the people, places, things and times we’ve grieved, using these moments to remind us to surrender to what is and allow ourselves to heal, grow, and thrive. Join us to practice yin yoga, meditate and reflect on the times we grieve. Whether you’ve lost your mother or any loved one, maybe you’ve lost a job or have gone through a lifestyle change; regardless of the reason why you’ve grieved or are currently in the middle of the process, please join us to help find a new way of coping and a community to help support you in the process.
Workshop will include breath-work, yin yoga, meditation, journaling and conversation.
