Join Erin Foster, 200-Hour RYT and Pre/Postnatal yoga teacher and Laura Thomas, CPT-ACE, Certified Pre/Postnatal Coach, hosted by Hope Yoga.
Prepare to practice yoga and explore fitness routines with discussion surrounding nutrition and your mind/body relationship with baby.
We will have vendors and a massage therapist on hand after class.
