We understand it takes courage to walk into a yoga studio, unroll your mat & focus on your breath while moving your body. We designed our beginner’s yoga classes to make you feel comfortable exploring the practice of yoga. The teacher will weave in elements of breath and movement through beginner’s yoga postures and also take time to break down the “how to’s” for healthy alignment. Modifications will also be offered to help you find more freedom and accessibility in your own unique body.

This class provides a safe space that will make beginners feel welcome and supported as they embark on their yoga journey. At the same time, it will challenge the more experienced yogi to further connect with their breath and gain a deeper understanding of how to engage in a pose.

Gentle yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Teachers provide modifications and use props generously to ensure that poses are accessible for all students.

A slower paced class with longer holds for those searching for a relaxing, restorative yoga experience while exploring the details of breath and alignment. You will explore your edge, yet still feel relaxed and renewed. Classes are therapeutic and invigorating at the same time and are perfect for those who are new to yoga or recovering from an injury. Slow Flow is also great for those who are craving a class where they can move with ease and awareness.

Flow classes focus on alignment, breathing, and mindfulness, inviting the body to move with increased awareness and ease. During this class we will incorporate several modifications to accommodate physical limitations or to make poses more challenging.

An all levels flow to help you gradually wake up and start your day. A great way to stretch out your body, build strength and find balance. Appropriate for students of all experience levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered accordingly.

Our Yin classes are made up of poses done close to the ground. Think seated poses, hip openers, and poses done on your back. There is no flow, vinyasa, or standing postures. All poses are held for 3-5 minutes and are taught with a variety of props to support the weight of the body, and to find your appropriate edge. Release, recovery, relaxation, surrender, and greater flexibility are the goals.

This special class offers 45 minutes to practice as a family. Family yoga is child-centered and meant to encourage time for families to connect, breathe and move. We recommend a 1:1 adult-child participation, with older siblings and second caregivers welcome ($20 for 2 participants, $10 each additional participant —please plan on paying in studio). This unique style class creates a space where families can connect to each other and their community. Using partner poses, dynamic and relaxing movement, storytelling, songs and creative play there is something for everyone.

Prenatal yoga helps moms find a deeper connection to their body, breath and baby. This vinyasa flow prenatal class helps build strength, increase stamina, improve circulation, regulate breathing and create more mind and body awareness. You can expect to make space in your body and heart — ultimately preparing for delivery. Enjoy meeting other moms-to-be and fostering a sense of community through motherhood. We invite you to honor your body and recommend checking with your physician if there are any questions about practicing.
