Our mission at Hope Yoga is to transform grief into resilience.
This Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher training is designed to give you the time and space to transform your own griefs into resilience and to provide you with the tools and skills to become an educated and inspirational yoga teacher.
This training will require you to dive deep into your own self-study, meditation, pranayama, history & philosophy of yoga, and physical asana practice.
We will explore ways to empower students to make the choices they need in order to get the most out of their yoga practice.
Throughout this training program we will recognize that every student has a unique body, providing ways to modify, embellish and support each person in your yoga classes. You will infuse your yoga classes with quality, integrity and accessibility, offering a practice that can be applied on and off the mat.
This journey may be challenging at times, but you will be supported and uplifted by our teaching team throughout the entire process.
To teach is a gift, and you will learn to hold space for yourself and others so that we may heal, grow & thrive in community.
