Jackie Walsh • Founder & Owner


Born and raised in Fairview Park, Jackie was first exposed to yoga in her high school gym class. Jackie enjoyed yoga on and off throughout college but seriously began her practice in 2012 while caring for her father as he battled cancer. Yoga helped her navigate the stresses and struggles of her day to day life and embrace that much of our lives is out of our control, but how we respond is. In October of 2014 Jackie traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete her 200 hour YTT with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch of YogaWorks. While in Bali Jackie also completed a 100 hour yin training with the same teachers.

Yoga has allowed Jackie to move with the many griefs she faces in her day to day life and she hopes to help others do the same. During Jackie’s classes she uses the breath to bridge the gap between our bodies and minds, so we can feel more connected to who we are deep down at our core. She aims to have you feeling less weighed down from the stressors of life & more grateful for the day to day joys. You'll always be offered modifications and embellishments for all skill levels and all body types regardless of class style. Jackie wants her students to feel empowered to take their practice off the mat and live a life more aligned with their authentic self.
