As a former dancer, Mel was drawn to yoga as a way to continue incorporating joyful movement into her life. As her practice deepens, she finds her yoga practice to be both a source of comfort and a pathway for continued growth. Mel’s classes offer a haven for students to be their authentic selves. Whether you arrive motivated and ready to try something new or it was a challenge to roll out your mat, Mel greets you with compassion and the freedom to do what’s best for you. Mel has incorporated yoga in her life for over 10 years and completed 200 hour YTT with Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene in the spring of 2022.
