TIffany came to her mat during a tough time in her life (as most of us do), at the time she was a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She loved the way yoga made her feel & decided to do her 200 hour YTT with Inner Bliss Yoga in 2014. After her training she knew yoga was the only thing she wanted to teach.
