WHAT IS THAI MASSAGE?
Thai Yoga Massage is a fully clothed, floor-based treatment performed on a low mat. It combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful movement to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and restore energy flow. No oils or creams are used, though light aromatherapy may be offered at the beginning and end. Benefits include better posture, circulation, chronic pain relief, and deep relaxation through a stronger mind-body connection.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (like yoga or workout attire).
Session rate: $75 for a 60-minute massage
Thai Massage is currently available on Mondays from 1-2pm and Sundays from 4:30-5:30pm Click the booking link below to schedule your session with Rita!
