Welcome to Yoga for Moms, a nurturing space designed for mothers at every stage of life. Whether you’re pregnant, a new mom looking to regain strength, a busy mom seeking a moment of calm, or a seasoned mom in need of flexibility and balance, this is the space for you! Our classes & offerings focus on helping you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and find peace amidst the daily demands of motherhood.
What we offer:
Prenatal Yoga: Sundays at 11am and Mondays at 7:45pm
Postnatal Yoga
Baby & Me Yoga: 2x a month on a Friday at 1pm and a Sunday at 1pm
All Levels, Chair, Gentle, Slow Flow, Sculpt & Yin!
Family Yoga: The 3rd Sunday of each month at 2pm
Kids Yoga: The 1st Sunday of each month at 2pm
Pelvic Floor Health Workshops
